Hi, I’m Elise and I’m a Therapeutic Coach.

I can support you towards your goals of optimal health, well-being and life fulfilment


When you want to improve aspects of your physical health & fitness, or to achieve a particular physical goal, you might get yourself a personal trainer at the gym. So, how about doing the equivalent for your mental health & wellness???


I use Life Coaching techniques, and additionally draw on a range of tools from  Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnotherapy and Mindfulness, to work with the whole of your being - your conscious and unconscious minds, emotions, body and spirit - considering your past as well as your present and future, to support integrated, aligned and real,  lasting transformation for you.

I know what it is to feel anxious, unfulfilled, frustrated, burnt out, succeeding in some areas of life yet feeling held back in others, constantly striving yet feeling the same. I have been and continue to be coached myself, and I feel the benefits and experience positive changes in my life. I am passionate about supporting people on their journeys of self-exploration and development, normalising that we all have unhelpful feelings sometimes, and creating a real understanding of the structure behind issues to together devise viable actions to take forward.


I'm a Certified Therapeutic Coach, as well as having experience and qualifications in corporate internal coaching, life coaching, and NLP. I am a licenced member of the British Institute of Hynoptherapy & NLP. I became interested in the field of coaching through my work in a corporate consulting environment. I am a qualified project manager and worked in engineering for over 14 years in the UK and Middle East. I developed an interest in applying my coaching to a niche of burnout prevention and recovery through my own journey with chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS).

WHAT I CAN HELP YOU WITH

Fundamentally, I can help you to understand yourself better, and work on that number one relationship in life - the one you have with yourself. I can work with you on issues such as anxiety, stress, phobias or fear, confidence and self-esteem issues, unhelpful thinking patterns, healing difficult emotions,  cultivating a healthy relationship with your authentic self, calming the nervous system, issues around living with a health condition, improving sleep, cultivating optimum health, improving relationships, creating work-life balance, lifestyle changes, self-development and other similar issues. 

How it works

ONE-TO-ONE WORK: After a free, no obligation, 30 minute consultation call to establish whether I can support you in your goals, I will ask you to complete a questionnaire and sign a client agreement. All being well with that, we’ll commence our sessions as agreed, which will be 1 hour each. Sessions are charged at £50 per hour.

WALK & TALK in Sutton Park, or

ZOOM call


GROUP TALKS/ WORKSHOPS: I offer these designed to meet your bespoke needs and interests, be that a community group, workplace or other. Please email me to enquire if this is of interest to you.
