Hi, I’m Elise,
and I work with individuals and groups to support and build mental well-being.
When people are feeling
stuck, facing
challenges or navigating
changes, I can help them to understand themselves better and why they are feeling like this. I then use and teach them tools to help
make shifts and changes in how things feel,
unblocking them to be able to
move more easily
towards what they want in life.
I know what it is to feel anxious, unfulfilled, frustrated, burnt out, succeeding in some areas of life yet feeling held back in others, constantly striving yet feeling the same. I have been and continue to be coached myself, and I feel the benefits and experience positive changes in my life. I am passionate about supporting people on their journeys of self-exploration and development, normalising that we all have unhelpful feelings sometimes, and creating a real understanding of the structure behind issues to together devise viable actions to take forward.
I'm a Certified Therapeutic Coach, as well as having experience and qualifications in corporate internal coaching, life coaching, and NLP. I am a licenced member of the British Institute of Hypnotherapy & NLP. I became interested in the field of coaching through my work in a corporate consulting environment. I am a qualified project manager and worked in engineering for over 14 years in the UK and Middle East. Pursuing my passion for supporting people in their personal development, as well as my own journey with chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS), I now apply my experience, knowledge, skills and energy to facilitating others in making meaningful progress in their lives.
Fundamentally, I can help you to understand yourself better, and work on that number one relationship in life - the one you have with yourself. I can work with you on issues such as anxiety, stress, phobias or fear, confidence and self-esteem issues, unhelpful thinking patterns, healing difficult emotions, cultivating a healthy relationship with your authentic self, calming the nervous system, issues around living with a health condition, improving sleep, cultivating optimum health, improving relationships, creating work-life balance, lifestyle changes, self-development and other similar issues.
ONE-TO-ONE WORK: After a free, no obligation, 30 minute consultation call to establish whether I can support you in your goals, I will ask you to complete a questionnaire and sign a client agreement. All being well with that, we’ll commence our sessions as agreed, which will be 1 hour each.
Sessions can be:
FACE-TO-FACE in Sutton Coldfield and surrounding areas
WALK & TALK in Sutton Park, or
ZOOM call
GROUP TALKS/ WORKSHOPS: I offer these designed to meet your bespoke needs and interests, be that a community group, workplace or other. Please email me to enquire if this is of interest to you.
